You will receive an email invoice on Mon Dec 16 that you can pay online. Invoices are due promptly on receipt. If your invoice has not been paid and you have not been in contact with us by Wed Dec 18, we may not be able to fulfill your order. Waitlist will be notified of availability on Thu Dec 19.
